Which chargers work with CandelaCore?
Any charger that supports OCPP 1.6J (OCPP 1.6 over WebSocket). You point the charger at your CandelaCore OCPP address and it appears in your dashboard when it connects.
How do drivers pay, and where does the money go?
Drivers top up a prepaid wallet in naira. Top-ups are charged through your own Paystack or OPay account, so payments land with your business, not with us.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes. You can set your logo, favicon and colours, and they appear on the portals your team, your drivers and your fleet customers use.
How do I set prices?
Create tariffs and apply them to a location, a station or a single charge point, the most specific one wins. Tariffs can change by time of day, and the price is locked when a session starts.
Do you support fleet customers?
Yes. Invite a fleet business and it gets its own portal with a fleet wallet, vehicles and RFID cards. Sessions on fleet cards are charged to the fleet wallet.
